Events : Putting Yourself First on Your Grace List
Grace: A capacity to tolerate, accommodate or forgive.
As a spiritual teacher I am committed to creating group opportunities that enable people to experience spiritual practices that will enrich their lives.
Grace is a gift that we rarely give to others and almost never give to ourselves. Yet Grace costs us nothing but our time our attention and a loving spirit.
An evening of Grace is a evening that includes:
- A teaching on Grace and the concept of a Grace list
- A Discussion with full group about:
- Who they easily give Grace to when is it most difficult?
- What do they experience when they bestow Grace? When they hold it back?
- Where they are on their own GRACE list, and how they can move themselves to the top.
- A Kabalistic meditation will end the evening that fills each member with the Grace of his or her soul.
Time line: 2 hours
Group Size: This is an experience best served in a small group setting of 12-15 people.

Take your practice to another level by being in the moment with a one-on-one session. You will find the energy and results are heightened and enhanced during a personal session.

Events : Creativity & Spirituality
For creative professionals in every medium!
Come join 9 other artists as we explore how spirituality and creativity are intertwined in our lives. For 6 weeks we will meet as a group to discuss spiritual concepts that include, Awareness, Observation, Attention, Kindness and Grace. The group discussion will be led by art consultant and spiritual teacher Selina Maitreya.
Creativity & Spirituality will provide you an opportunity to:
- Open your connection to the divine
- Increase your creativity
- Examine the interplay between spirit and creativity
- Meet other creative people
- Learn how others utilize spiritual practices for creative growth
When: Evening and daytime sessions are ongoing.
